I'm really enjoying your blog as it's "on point" about all things access services...And let's face it, we are the front face of the library, the place where all customers spend some time, and hopefully the place where everyone gets a personal greeting right before they leave! I think we're sexy in our own way, without some of the flashy technology, just with plain, old-fashioned excellent customer service.
